Wilkhahn Middle East invited a select group of designers and architects to an evening event at the Wilkhahn showroom in the Dubai Design District. The highlight of the evening was a presentation by Ben Squires, Manager for Tenant Representation and Corporate Solutions at JLL.
During his presentation and throughout the evening, Ben provided invaluable insights into corporate real estate trends in the United Arab Emirates and what is now considered the ‘new normal’ in Dubai and beyond. Topics ranged from the most sought after office locations and how occupiers’ expectations of their landlords are changing to how the workplace requirements of millennials are shaping office design and the ever increasing importance of building sustainably.
Following a lively Q&A session with Ben, the Wilkhahn team and its guests from the A+D community continued their conversations over a lovely selection of drinks and canapés.
